I don't know if this is reliable, as it's coming from the same source (Ukrainian general staff zuckbook page) that claims the Russians haven't cut off Chernigov, but also that Chernigov is running out of drinking water. However, they use the same term ("Blocking") to describe it. And also that's what the Russians were saying.
Earlier, they also implied that the Russians were all the way to Oleksandrivka, 60 miles north-west of Nikoleav.
Russian Marines, Chechens, and DPR captured the whole left bank of Mariupol, Ukrainians maybe made some oopsies on their General Staff zuckbook sitreps, detailed here.

I find it hilarious the US is pushing "here's how Ukraine can win". The media is pushing that if only we give them all the heckin javelinerinos, stingerinos, and dronerinos we can that they'll beat the russians back all the way to moscow. They clearly want an extension of the way. I also think that shit about wanting Zelensky to surrender was a false leak to make people say 'hell no he shouldn't cuz he's winning!". They clearly want a protracted proxy war like Afghanistan to hurt the Russians.
