1. Is most likely given how the war is going and what Russia has explicitly said they want to do. Whether or not NovoRussia will be semi-independent or not is another question.
2. Not going to happen. Russia doesnt seem to want all of Ukraine. Nor would Poland just decide to take back their lost territory. Because of the political tensions.

Also who ever made this map forgot Russia own Kolingrad, and that Transnistria is semi-independent from Moldova.
