Second, it means absolutely nothing. They haven't suffered a single significant reverse. Plenty of videos showing more troops moving in to reinforce and replace units deployed in Ukraine.

You can debate about the political and economic effects of this, but in the military sense, they're certainly not losing.

The Russians have lost the ability to repair or rebuild their T-90s, they constantly need more ammo and food, and have lost 9,000 dead and 16,000 wounded by their estimates while ours are in the 11,000 dead 25,000 wounded mark. And no they didn’t even take that power plant they were attacking, the blast doors have been shut and the T-90 which is just a big hunk of cheap junk can’t deliver a payload large enough to break down the door.

Fact is, nothing has changed in the military sense. Ukrainians haven't scored a single significant victory. Russians might've lost some initiative, but Ukrainians don't have it either, at least we aren't seeing that on the ground, outside of Twitter fantasy stories.
Only chance for Ukrainians was to inflict catastrophic losses and repulse initial Russian attacks, stopping them cold.
But that's simply not happening. Chernigov is encircled, Sumy is encircled, Kharkov is in an exposed position, Mariupol is encircled, Kherson is controlled by Russians. They can't dislodge Russians from their bridgehead in the south.
They're getting pounded in Donbas, losing fortified position after fortified position.
Perhaps Russians made a mistake of trying to advance everywhere at the same time, but that has the benefit of forcing Ukrainians to split their limited resources. Russians will just bring in fresh troops, while Ukrainians don't have much reserves left, they can only send in mobilized reservists.
They have no way of dealing with Russian aviation and cruise/ballistic missiles.
Absolutely nothing has changed. And unless they score some major victory which results in large part of Russian forces being rendered combat ineffective, nothing will change. They'll just grind them down and eventually they'll collapse somewhere and Russians will roll them up.

3 days to kyiv is probably fake after looking through several articles from a month ago, 10 minute search shows hardly anything, But I might be basing that off of the low Russian fuel supply even at the start of the war, the first reports that the fuel started running out started after the third day of fighting. We know the troops numbers deployed (around 200 thousand for Russians, more than that for Ukrainians), so if Russians indeed lost 1/5th of that force in three weeks, and if Ukrainian losses were slight, and Russians were so incompetent, there's no way they would be able to fight defensively, let alone attack.
Most of other details, including losses are pure speculation. And yes, that includes Ukrainian losses.
But extrapolating from some episodes like dozens of guys surrendering near Kiev, or missile strikes which cause hundreds of casualties, they are also suffering heavy losses.
