It's a meme at this point. Poland is building up a defensive army, we dont have the means to invade anything. That being said PiS(s) might just do some dumb shit just to kill off as many young people as possible just to win the election again (most people voting for PiS are boomers and grannies/grandpas) but I doubt NATO would consider Kaczor chimping out a good reason to declare war on Russia. Very few people in Poland actually want this war, most people realize that it makes little sense and that there's a low chance of NATO helping out in a noticible way even if we get attacked, let alone if we initiate the attack ourselves.
