Well, a major aquatics center like that is undoubtedly going to have a large supply of Chlorine on hand. I'm not sure if it's in solid, liquid or gas form, but a leak of that stuff could cause something like this. Don't assume it's a terrorist attack until the 2nd plane crashes into a building.
