Nope. Russia has never been part of the global banking cartel. They are one of the BRIC nations, the losers in the Globohomo system. Brazil (and all of Latin America) the the Globohomo textile powerhouse. Russia was suppliers of raw materials. India was the labor powerhouse. And China was the manufacturing base of the Jewish system.

Globalism is a system where buy corporations (the vast majority of which are run by Jews) become more powerful than their host governments. If it helps you, it's everything the cyberpunk genera was warning you about in the 80s. The system started in the late 70s with labor outsourcing to Latin America. Jews would swing in, set up a factory, become the nation's largest employer and then say "Oh by the way I don't have to pay you tax because I'm not based here." This meant the already struggling nation was now dying. The Jews then offered them loans through the World Bank in exchange for more or less turning over their sovereignty to them. Latin America, India, China, and Russia have been the biggest losers in the system. And they've banded together and more or less supported each other, backed each other and attempted to fight back.
This is what we mean when we say this is a fight against the Globohomo.
I was under the impression this fight was going to be China flexing its debt ownership at us. Instead Russia has taken the lead and is actually shooting.
The vast majority of oligarchs are behind Putin and that is very much how it's going to stay.
