they refuse to send you back home, even people in adult family homes until they test negative. The CNAs and Nurses at hospitals will do one go around and ask you to take meds, if you need any assistance, and you are not cognitively aware, and refuse medicine, they wont badger you and try and help you take them, they just move to the next room. Same with meals. I think we could have had a resident survive at my adult family home, but the hospital wouldn't send them back, and chart notes said she refused food and medicine. Well she always did, i just sat with her and fed her anyways and gave her medicine, it takes a little bit of genuine love from a caregiver sometimes and the hospitals lack any empathy i believe

I think it's mostly this idea that the medical profession exists only to help and they're always good and right, and if someone would be corrupt within it they would be exposed by the others and removed. People just have faith in institutions, and don't understand how monolithic they are.

ya they ask their doc expecting individualized advice and their doc is not allowed to give actual advice on the matter.
I know like 5 people who have died post vax. All older than 50s, so everyone just says "muh not that unusual people in their 50s get strokes", which is true, but the sheer number of people I know who've died in the 8 or so months since the vax is astounding.
