Maybe i'm getting this wrong, maybe there is some maths autist out there who can show where i have gone wrong, i'm dividing cubic meters on to a surface and im getting 9cm.
BUT user WE NEED TO PAY TAXES TO MAKE THE SKY LESS ANGRYYYYYY.

as sea levels rise the ocean has more surface area and it take a greater volume of water to increase the level. That being said there are places on earth which are only a few inches above sea level that would be affected.
My assumptions are that the surface the water is on, is a flat surface. That any ice melted will not be replaced by water (therfore probably less than 9cm) and that all the water is connected and at the same height.

OK so my calculation?

Glaciers have another role besides becoming water for cooomsuming. Also having a higher temp in the oceans will translate in severe conditions for survivability, mainly bacteria and algae related with oxygen levels. Why bother, btw, its inevitable.
Jonathan Gray
don't forget that some of the water will fall off because earth is flat
Jaxson Lopez
Lmao
Colton Ward
don't care what about my calculation?
Jason Nguyen
indeed

I think a geologic event is more inline with what we might expect.
When things go tits up it will probably be massive earthquakes and things sinking into the ocean rather than the ocean itself rising.
Hudson Martin
what are tides
Jaxon Evans
Thakyou OK, i don't care about that shit, i care how much sea level will rise not whether the world will shake at some point.
Jonathan Torres
this its basically going to be younger dryas cataclysm all over again, instant mega floods so strong theyll carve a path through mountains
Dominic Parker
why would this matter if all muh ice is melting??? they said commiefornia would be underwater in the year 2000 a while back.. they're still saying it, along with other states. maybe... and this might be a long shot.. maybe they're all fucking liars?
Why are you talking about shit that has nothing to do with what my thread is about... muddying the water perhaps... are you shill? because that means i might be onto something.
Jason Cox
I wish the earth had enough ice to ruin all the beach front property.
Ryder Gray
What about this? Warmer water has lower density so the volume of the ocean increases as it heats up
