When you rewrite the constitution what would you do different?

I would surrender to British, fuck you.

This is why your country died out in the 1700s

Specifically would you opt for a more strict or loose interpretation and which rights would you add or subtract from the bill of rights

No fags Jews or holhols

I would underline "shall not be infringed"

Tbh that one goes without saying. There’s only so much you can do when people refuse to listen to the wording of the bill of rights

Modify the second amendment to include the line

>Any attempt to infringe, alter, or change this amendment shall be considered an open act of treason against the American people and imprisonment and punishment by hanging until death shall be the only proper response.

Ursury shall be completely banned as a practice

No state who wishes to leave the Union shall be impeded if that is their just wish. Any president, congressmen, or senator who attempts to disallow that state to leave shall be considered a traitor to the Union.

Jews shall never be allowed to own property, vote, or participate in any form of government.

Nothing you can do entropy is always inventible.

>Usury

You hit the nail on the head. This is by far the biggest problem in the world yet very few people actually talk about it.

That’s an interesting thought

But if we allow states to succeed at any moment we’ll have nothing left.

My country didn't died in 1795, it was a necessary step that needed to occur, we trusted Eastern Slavs instead of the Germans and we got fucked by it. Partitions (and we fought to prevent them, unlike you thought) were done because of our unique political system that was close to semi-democratic, oligarchic, anarcho-capitalism. Partitions improved our culture, because after the deluge PLC became a ghost of it's past. We fought for 123 years and we were rewarded, I can only laugh from my rich ethno-state when looking at the map and seeing the dying empire named "America". Nothing could save you apart from the British, but seeing your country now, maybe not even this could.
Nothing could save it, leaving power into hands of a retard that only serves 1 or 2 terms is retarded or allowing slavery in the first place, many such cases. You can masturbate to your "liberty" and this retarded system that everyone uses now that came from your shithole, but it bring you only destruction of what could've been, a nice country.

The entire point of the United States was Freedom, by disallowing the states the freedom to leave the Union by their own choice, you immediately made it Tyranny. America died in 1861.

Enshrine the Catholic Church.

This assumes the wording is the problem.. Pretty sure it has already been subverted many times.

"freedom of religion"
"All men created equal"
It was over before it even began

>more strict or loose interpretation
two judges in the same courthouse will do that for you

I would take some things from continental (french) law and take away some things from english law. Precedent be done away with. The only thing that should matter is the law, as written, not someone's "interpretation" of what it means. The people writing the law are all generally pretty educated lawyers and should know what they mean by the words they put in the law.

Supreme court & lower courts should explicitly not be able to rule on matters of constitutionality. I understand that people want an additional check on the corruption of the legislatures, but all we did by allowing the supreme court to give itself the power to overrule laws is to move the target of that corruption from an elected body to an unelected body. Additionally, district courts should not be able to issue nationwide injunctions. The only ones who should be able to do this would be the supreme court.

Elections: No senior police or judges should be unelected. We see clearly with police the behavioral difference between elected sheriffs and unelected police. This would hopefully get rid of bullshit like cops spending all their time sitting in speed traps instead of catching actual criminals.

Allowing the president or police the discretion to choose to not enforce laws is an awful idea and should be prevented. If the laws on the books are bad, the best way to get rid of them is to enforce them vigorously, not to ignore them (being able to pick & choose results in tyranny).

All non-whites (with a DNA definition) should not be allowed citizenship. Women will not be allowed to vote or to hold office. Immigration will be limited to 1% of the total population per year.

We also need severe limits on federal power. The articles of confederation probably had the right idea. We've seen how the federal government has turned into a monster of centralized power and how dangerous that is for the stability and peace of the country.

No niggers or kikes as Ammendment, number 1

this but also underline all MEN are created equal

>rich ethnostate
>Poland

>dying shithole
>America
Also kek

You have no idea how powerful America is, even overrun by niggers and faggots. You literally exist by the will of America, your country was literally created by America. That’s the power of America, it can create countries from rubble and subjugate the Middle East for 20 years.

Good point. Take those out and it could have worked as long as it remained majority white.

probably take away women's rights

Freedom of the individual. It’s inevitable that if the confederacy would have won the civil war one of the two countries would have been annexed back within decades because in the end the north and the south are the same people living on the same stretch of land separated by nothing but a line in the sand.

>When you rewrite the constitution what would you do different?
Nothing.
Our constitutional form of government has performed miraculously well under the present situation.
Vax mandates BTFO.
Even with globohomo in control of both houses of congress and the executive branch their efforts of tyranny have been thwarted.
The 16th amendment should be repealed.
All legal precedents set by the supreme court regarding the interstate commerce clause should be discarded along with roe vs wade and a few other ridiculous proclamations.
The problem is not with the constitution.
It's the assholes in power.

No they fucking aren't. You're absolutely fucking retarded. If anything time has only shown that to be the exact opposite to be true. That's like saying Germany and France are the same people so it was inevitable that England would annex France. Go fuck yourself kike.

I wouldn't write a constitution.

Interstate commerce clause cracks me up. In cases where it should be used (example: California setting its own emissions requirements for vehicles, requiring different models to be sold in California vs 49 other states) it's not used because an EPA bureaucrat gives them an exemption from the constitution. On the other hand, when you want to collect rainwater or grow your own food it's used to smash the individual. It makes sense to have it, similar to how the EU could be a good economic union but a terrible political union, but it needs to be reigned in somehow.

I'd leave out slavery, but enshrine that African Americans are still 3/5 of a person.

What is the point of revolution when jews fuck it to hell less than 200 years later.

You raise some good points especially about the Supreme Court but the articles of confederation were too weak to support Itself financially. Additionally, with a small government how would you deal with the problem of corporatism? Lobbying has transition from a tool for the people into a tool for the elites and likewise with unions.

No non-Whites and no one may vote except for White men. It would have a clause stating that under no circumstances may this ever be changed.
Then if it all goes to shit anyway, at least it went to shit because of our own failings rather than through jewish subversion and mass immigration.

>"freedom of religion"
Nothing wrong with it, protestants should be hanged, burned and shot on the other hand.
>"All men created equal"
Truth, women not so much. I don't understand why this concept enrages so much people, French revolution had some rights ideas.
>kek
99,9% Polish Catholic and average salary is 1,000 Euro that is worth more than dollar ever was. You still live in the past, we are on Portugal level on development and we are going to surpass Spain and Italy in 15 years, 23rd economy right now.
>also kek
In 10 years your country will be less than 50% European, if it's not now because of unregistered immigration. China is close to becoming top economy and Europe is breaking ties with you as we become a independent federation with strong economy. I won't be going into debt and rising inflation that will cause yet another crisis, because of your communist social policies that you probably support now. You can vote for a red clown or a blue clown, you don't have a choice. The fact that you enjoy wars for oil and further destroying the world for oil and because politicians said so, tell me everything. Average empire lasts 250 years, clock is ticking.
>created by America
My country was created in 966, more than 1000 years of history. The fact that after ww1 your president said so wouldn't matter at all with uprisings, we fought and won in 1918-9 to create our own country.
>American education

include more twitter screencaps and based refutations

all government officials need to be located at an address made public to everybody, and it is legal to kill politicians

Not allow an amendment process

the problem is not the clause itself.
It's the ridiculous way it has been interpreted and then then legitimized by "legal precedent,"
