I think the way that Russia's central bank reserves were confiscated, Russian banks were disconnected from SWIFT, and Russian companies were subjected to export controls, all by sudden decree and without any process or path to recourse, demonstrated to India that they cannot rely on US/EU/JP centric financial system and technology alone. They will try to promote their own rupee based system and develop their own technology, however it won't be enough, so India will have to use China's yuan based financial system and Chinese technology as well in order to be sufficiently diversified and protected from foreign economic warfare.
