I’ve been working ubereats for 3 yrs and still don’t know how they didn’t ban me from working for they company lol. I straight up leave the food by the door no matter what, take a pic and walk away. Sometime when I get hungry I do the same thing but take the food back and eat it. I also keep note of the people that don’t tip and spit in they food next time they order.

They actually kept it from completely collapsing during covid. Half the places around today are only around because of delivery orders that kept the lights on during 2020/21

I did it in the DFW in texas for around 6 months after doing pizza hut. Just refuse late night mcdonalds orders. theyre numerous but never really worth it. work around 9pm-1am an mostly take restaurant orders. I used to setup near busy restaurant areas. yeah its a bit extra gas but its tax deductible and you dont take shitty orders. I make nearly as much waiting around for good orders at easy location then just accepting every shitty order that pops up. if you deny an order and no1 takes it DoorDash will pay you more for the same order. Ive refused the same order at 2am around 3 times and it increased from $5 to $11 by just waiting 15 min for them to pay more. you wont make fast money but you can relax and take it easy working 4 hours that make nearly $20 an hour or work ur ass off barely making $18 at door dash

Almost every time I've ordered from DoorDash I used coupons that ended up cheaper than buying food at the restaurant.
Using pick-up for a restaurant that is two miles away saves $2 to $5 for delivery plus tip.

you can refuse around 1 for every 3 you take. during rush hours you generally take all of them because $8 or more for a delivery is pretty decent. but when its not that busy I will refuse everything thats shit and it doesnt effect my score much.as long as you keep it around 70-80% acceptance rate and youll be first to get the good orders too. the better your score the more likely they give you good orders first

honestly, as long as you only work prime time hours 9-2am and they give the bonus most orders are $8 or up and its easy to do 3 orders an hour. its just dub to work without the prime time extra money.

The first delivery the fees are waived. After that it's just regluar Doordash fees. Maybe a little less compared to other places, onsidering the partnership. That's all their delivery service is though just is still Doordash and there's a still crazy markups and cold food.

If you bother with that you're too stupid to doordash. You unassign and get something else. If you're dashing after 10pm when everything closes, gets real slow and your remaining options are drive thru only, you must be really desperate.

Doordash has freed me from being a wagie. I drive around listening to podcasts and right wing extremism and still average $20/hour. Don't have to worry about co-workers, managers, owners and especially not the covid retardation that many restaurants STILL abide by.

God, I love doordash, Uber eats, etc. most local restaurants have a pick up area where they place the bags for the drivers. Nothing better than walking in during evening rush, snagging a bag, and walking out. It’s like Christmas! Sometimes it’s not great, sometimes you hit the jackpot. Have enough local places here I can hit a new one every night and don’t need to repeat for months. Fuck, I love free food.

There are 100,000 mcdonalds all across the country, why would you ever use doordash. Its very likely there's one less than 2 miles away from you even if you're a desert hermit.

Hey OP- I respect your hustle, now I’m gonna tell you how to level up. Bust your ass doing this until you can bank a few grand. Then get on Craigslist and find an ultra cheap Prius from like 2012 (check the requirement for your city). Once you can get a minimally qualified Prius ditch doordash and start Uber driving. Between all the incentives they are offering, cash tips from people who feel sorry for me, and the gas up charges, you can literally make $500 a day now in any major US city. Good luck!!!
