well there is over 5000 russian and chechen soldiers in belarussian hospitals, so it could be at least close to the truth.
People do have to remember thought that even if Russia lost those numbers, Aside for the air force pilot loses, they are not very impactful.

The "invasio" force is nothing. In Iran US lost more then 10% of their seals team. It did not bring US to its knees. Losing 10k(if it was somehow true) soldiers is not something that would wreck Russia. now it would wreck todays US, that is true. But not Russia. Because one general sold half their supplies, not realizing that another general sold the other half, but they were both ripping off their buyers because a few dozen colonels sold off most of both halfs, but they were misinformed and could have sold more if the guys underneath them hadn't sold off most of it first.

Dude does it matter. Lets say even 10k russian soldiers are dead another 20k are out of actions thanks to wounds. Russian can deploy over 700k to the front within 6 to 9 months from now. The loses are meaningless, specially without knowing how much ukrainians lost. If they lost just as much, or more, then the war is won, because the ukrainian army has a much smaller pool of recruit, gear etc.

The "professionals" aren't the ones that are dead. The dead ones are fresh last years recruits. In scop of all things inconsequential to how russian military functions. Sure Russian's have 700k reservists. But Ukraine has a lot more men than that. A lot more rough estimates put the Ukraine Military at 700k-800k now. They started at 250k professional Ukrainians on par with Russian counter parts. Russia would need to start conscripting another 1-2 million more men so that they can get that 3:1 ratio US generals love to talk about when attacking.
