The US is full of infiltrators. Russia has to some extent focused on that themselves, but there's also their longtime friends the Indians, who are everywhere, and the aggrieved blacks, and also potentially hispanics (though they seem much less likely to be a problem)
It doesn't necessarily matter how much we have because our country is not strong in a social sense.
