Why are they so butthurt against Russia, and why are they in a belt?

inferiority complex mixed with decades of NATO propaganda gets you Poland

pic is kind of wrong:
1. imho butthurt belt is of Warsaw Pact countries and some former USSR republics, so Finland be there
2. you are missing Ukraine (at least for the moment), Romania, Bulgaria (and Georgia, maybe Azerbaijan, but those would ruin the pic)

same reason why most in the West are butthurt: "NATO media"
though in the butthurt belt, the propaganda was even higher
it's at the school level
and every country has some kind of a legend that makes them really hate Russia every year
for example:
Lithuania - "January events / TV tower"
Poland - Katyn
Ukraine - "Holodomor"
etc.
