In reality a sub moa rifle only matters in any situation if you are a ridiculous shot. For that matter in a combat situation in most hands it really won't make a difference if it's 1 moa or 3 moa. It's why most military training teaches failure drills. 3 rounds down range is has a lot better of a chance of hitting the target when well aimed shots can't be guaranteed for lack of time to aim or shaken nerves or both.
