College education shouldn't be free but most universities these days are criminally overcharging students, watering down the curriculum, featherbedding humanities departments with Marxist garbage and offering resort-style amenities to "students."
Free healthcare is also difficult because do you want to pay for:

>people who make poor life style choices negatively impacting their health
The structure of US society at the present is so rotten that these "free" healthcare and higher education are not even close to being realized because our population is too fat, dumb and diverse to make it reality.
