Because it's impossible for the Russians to accurately know enemy casualties. So even if they want to accurately give us those numbers, they can't. At best they have a general idea of how many enemy units they've knocked out.
The more I read about the Syrian War the more it becomes clear to me that Putin almost single handedly saved that country from total Libya style disaster with his military assistance, anti-aircraft etc. and CIA have been fucking seething about it ever since. CIA pumped hundreds of millions into Syria that killed >100,000 Syrian soldiers trying to collapse the Assad government and it was all for nothing.

So, it happened AGAIN. We can blame Putin, we can blame Redditors, we can blame NATO, we can praise Zelenskyy's music video, DNR's effort but the truth is it's simply not enough. Javelins, NLAWs you name it, it all stinks.
Don't get me wrong, I still have full faith in AFU and Twitter, but MASSIVE reinforcements are desperately needed in the two weeks. NATO had promised Russia they would only put in a no-fly zone without any further intervention, them betraying that promise and over stepping in Libya was another one of the many steps that led us to the current situation with so much mistrust
Rybar calculates losses by taking the crew of a destroyed object e.g. Tank = 3, Aircraft = 1 and cuts them in half with one assumed being losses, the other wounded. The only thing you can really take from this chart are the destroyed vehcles, which are claimed oficially and updated everyday by the MoD and maybe POWs.
