So many women talk about it, bit is it actually real? Is it something that is such a problem?
Is the wage gap real?
Yes. It's due to biological factors.
men and women are predictably different, including willingness to work long hours, do physical labor, engage in monotonous and difficult tasks for higher pay, etc
most social workers are women, most patroleum engineers are men
women on average get paid less than men. this is a fact. however, there are laws in every 1st world country that prevents men from recieving more pay than a woman for the same position and doing the same work. the reason the wage gap exists is because women choose to work less and they choose to work in lower paying jobs.
ie: most nurses, primary teachers tend to be women, while jobs like plumbers and construction workers are men.
Damn, the sand-nigger unironically made fpbp
Lmao is that a lady engineer on far left?
It's both real and fake:
Feminists being dishonest by nature, they compare the wage of the average man to the wage of the average woman in a given country. Obviously that makes no statistical sense, it doesn't take into account the different fields men and women tend to work at, and it doesn't take into account things like risks bonuses for men who work dangerous jobs.
However, it's not completely false, men are indeed paid more, because they work more, and are generally more competent. Most studies show that the difference is around 5-7%.
Women claim men shouldn't be paid more, because women work just as well, but in fact, a few years ago, Uber did a study that showed that women Uber drivers were paid, on average, 7% less than men drivers, for many reasons : they used the algorithm less efficiently, and worked less hours.
Basically when a blind algorithm hands out work to people, we find that men and women disparities are pretty much the same as the standard everywhere else. Not surprising, companies tend to optimise performance and profits. If women were truly undervalued, they'd hire more of them.
TL;Dr : yes they're paid less, but it isn't unfair
>bit is it actually real
No.
Also
>sage
Fucking lurk more newfag
It's due to how it is calculated
Wage of a male doctor v female part time cashier
Equal paid act was signed into law in the 1963
>So many women talk about it, bit is it actually real? Is it something that is such a problem?
Asian women blow white women, hispanic men and black men out of the water with their earnings. Asians earn more than whites. There is a wage gap, but it's complicated.
They make more when they are college educated and decide to not have children…gross overgeneralization that does not describe reality, but designed to impose a false reality for the benefit of women (or more importantly the detriment of men).
It's been debunked since the 70s it's literally just taking the average wage of women and men. Not the same job and not the same position. It's fake feminist propaganda
It's real but most of it is caused by objective reasons, not discrimination
> Women are more likely to take maternity leave and that hinders career advancement is she had one
> Women often work at a less-paid job they like while their husband earns most of the money at a job that pays the most among ones he can get
> Women are more hesistant to change jobs and negotiate salary raise (that might have to do with boy vs girl upbringing).
They just can't accept they are dumb idiots compared to the men who get paid more
Yes, but only because men are better. Especially white men.
It is real for 20-30 years old where women actually earn more than men now
Nope pay gap is a myth. In fact more accurate studies have been conducted that show this but those stats dont fit the agenda so they are not used.
Nurses make great money though - especially traveling nurses who make crazy money. Female-centric jobs aren’t even that low paying. Teachers make decent money, work 9 months a year, and retire with great pensions.
Women just have to whine about everything.
Any mildly attractive young woman can go work as a bartender or a waitress and make more than most men who graduated college. Society is designed to cater to them and all they do is bitch.
Absolutely.
A woman employee needs more training, more supervision, less physical tasks, etc. than a male employee.
Plus she'll eventually get knocked then you're out of all the time and money you spent training her which means yiu need to find a replacement for her.
Women are a bad investment.
Of course not.
