Reminder that inside each and every one of you is a "shadow", a "you" built as a manifestation of all your deepest and darkest secrets, everything about yourself you reject. It is avoiding and denying this piece of you that allows evil within to fester and eventually manifest externally in ways that cause you pain, often with the help of psychoactive chemicals. If you consciously bring this shadow into the light, know what it is and why it's there, that you can conquer your shadow and use its powers for good; once you know thyself, you can finally have genuine free will.
