Fukuyama has spoken.
Is he right this time?
Fukuyama has spoken.
Is he right this time?
if he is right this will be a first for him.
he's like the Jim Cramer of geopolitics. these guys must have a humiliation fetish, or some gnarly blackmail against them, or something.

isn't that the "school" that's like 70% retarded nigger in the current year?
any self-aware chimp with at least half a braincell knows russia will lose, the only question in everybody's minds is at what cost.
Well that mean Russia is going to take Berlin
Yeah, just like the End of History, right?
Russia will claim exactly whatever it wants to. Reality is irrelevant to propaganda.
I agree with 3-7, if 1 is true than 2 is necessarily true, 8 is neolib cope I think. I reserve judgment on the war until its over.
yeah this guy is a fucking retard who once insinuated that the concept of historic events would end solely on the proliferation of liberal democratic states. never taking into account any sort of resistance or subersion of that idea.
i wouldnt take anything he says at face value
Fuku-mi? No fuku-yu. Fuku-yu vely much
you didn't read his book. he predicted everything including the figure of Vladimir Putin
he was never wrong except that one time he bent under leftist pressure and said he was wrong
Isn't it funny how Fukuyama was so laughed at by the leftist (and rightist) crowd for the End of History, given how clearly the truth now lies in plain sight, namely the "nothing ever happens" meme?
He was right all along. Nothing ever happens. There are no subcultures. No great political figures. Things just sorta stopped happening. Nothing ever happens, anymore. History has ended.
His quotes:
>"The end of history will be a very sad time," he wrote, "I have the most ambivalent feelings about it." He lamented the passing of the heroic age of mankind: “The struggle for recognition, the willingness to risk one’s life for a purely abstract goal, the worldwide ideological struggle that called forth daring, courage, imagination, and idealism, will be replaced by. . . the satisfaction of sophisticated consumer demands.” History had ended in the prefabricated, conformist lanes of suburbia. “In the post-historical period there will be neither art nor philosophy, just the perpetual caretaking of the museum of human history.”
>Fukuyama warned of “a powerful nostalgia for the time when history existed,” the third challenge to the End of History. It may be that humanity is incapable of existing without struggle. “Such nostalgia, in fact, will continue to fuel competition and conflict even in the post-historical world for some time to come.” Most presciently, Fukuyama suggested that “this very prospect of centuries of boredom at the end of history will serve to get history going again.”
He wrote this in the 1980s, before the fall of the Berlin Wall, years before the fall of the Soviet Union.
full quote
>The end of history will be a very sad time. The struggle for recognition, the willingness to risk one's life for a purely abstract goal, the worldwide ideological struggle that called forth daring, courage, imagination, and idealism, will be replaced by economic calculation, the endless solving of technical problems, environmental concerns, and the satisfaction of sophisticated consumer demands. In the post-historical period there will be neither art nor philosophy, just the perpetual caretaking of the museum of human history. I can feel in myself, and see in others around me, a powerful nostalgia for the time when history existed. Such nostalgia, in fact, will continue to fuel competition and conflict even in the post-historical world for some time to come. Even though I recognize its inevitability, I have the most ambivalent feelings for the civilization that has been created in Europe since 1945, with its north Atlantic and Asian offshoots. Perhaps this very prospect of centuries of boredom at the end of history will serve to get history started once again.
>just the perpetual caretaking of the museum of human history
he was wrong lol niggers and kikes and their worshippers are now actively erasing and destroying history
>harvard
I want to hear the opinon of a real nipponese
More copium like this please. This retard has been wrong on literally everything.
>Russia will definitely lose
Dude, how the flying fuck "nothing ever happens" is a meme? a fucking chink virus closed almost all nations and made the millenials and zoomers experience something that they never thought of living. The crisis of 2008 and the inflation is making them depressive assholes that need to use drugs and virtual shit to cope, and the worst thing, they arent wrong for that because the future is more grim everytime you look at it, not because "muh WW3", but because the quality of life is decreasing worldwide."once a lifetime" events are more and more common. Violence is more and more common even in the first world, and even if you can see as a joke, the studies about an incresing virginity around youngsters shows that something is of. The idea of a comformist but comfortable life is only true to boomers. Maybe it's true that the capitalism cant be defeated, and the nowadays happenings arent as big as the old ones, but the struggle is real, and even with little happenings, history right now is in the making. Pooh wants China to take the place of the USA, and that is a big change in the world. And remember that Rome didnt fall in one day.
>Fukuyama
Basically all of the non-Whites part of what anons call "globohomo" are even stupider than the Whites part of it.
He's staking his entire reputation, forever, on this.
