The agreement between Russia and the United States on Alaska must be declared invalid due to Washington repeatedly violating the provisions of the Convention on the Assignment of Alaska.
The deal on the transfer of the peninsula took place in 1867, and the International Treaty was equated to the constitution, but the United States did not honor specific agreements made as part of the deal.
The US had promised former Russian nationals based in Alaska guarantees of “the enjoyment of freedom, property rights and the practice of their faith.” But after a short time, all Russian-language schools were closed, and teachers were punished for educating Russian-speaking children.
It's time to start the conversation. The United States needs to pursue historic reparations and give Alaska back to Russia in exchange for security guarantees and a solemn promise to limit nuclear attacks on American soil. If we do not, Vladimir Putin will have no choice but to pursue military intervention to protect the Russian-speaking communities that are being oppressed there. A breakaway province of Alaska with support of a significant, sizable Russian peacekeeping army is not off the table. You have been warned. Russia has historical claims to Alaska and it is only fitting that we give it back in the name of justice. You don't want nuclear war do you? Let's make peace an absolute certainty.

This is useless American pride talking and it's dangerous. It would be a grave miscalculation to recklessly provoke Russia. Be reasonable. Alaska doesn't even connect to the Contiguous United States and you wouldn't even miss it being gone. Look at the map. Alaska is closer to Russia and geographically it makes more sense for it to be Russian than American. This doesn't need to be violent. At all.
