As you know, before the invasions of Turco-Mongols the steppe of the Central Asia was populated by Scythians, who are consisdered to be White. Nowadays, those lands are populated by Asiatic people. But worry no longer, I have a great solution. Anyone who is consisdered White (in general sense, not just Nordic) should consisder the option of breeding with Steppe Asian women. Yes, the offspring would be a mixed race, but if this would be repeated for several generations, they'll get Europeanized enough to be seen as White, thus making the Great Steppe White again without shedding any blood.

not all scythians were white, the ones in europe yes, but the ones in Asian were always mixed to some degree. genetic samples prove this out

iranic in the south, see Iran v Turan. they had an ethnic and culutral divide and that north/south border was around syr darya. that being said a lot of hunnic/steppe people settled in moravia in the dark ages so you probably related a little bit to those north asian scythians
