We've seen many videos of Strela-10s running around Kiev. It's almost certainly Ukrainian.
No Russian markings, Russian forces were no where near, and it's probably the same fucking Strela we saw driving over that civilian car. Not to mention so far Russians haven't, as far as I'm aware, used any Strela-10s in the invasion, Ruski anons claim it's practically phased out.
What's the simpler solution, Ukrainian soldiers on day 1 / 2 misidentified because both sides use the same equipment and they probably had no idea what the situation was or where the Russians were and shot at a friendly out of panic? Or that an unmarked Strela drove 10s of km ahead of Russian forces, penetrated Ukrainian capital, drove around in circles running over civilians then disappeared.
