RAW wrote in one of his books about a game they would play at parties. People would take turns pretending that they were a member of an advanced civilization and other party guests would ask questions of them. Just by envisioning themselves as higher beings they were able to come up with brilliant answers to the questions asked of them. IMO this was because they removed emotional and biased responses from the selection of answers they would think up. Currently people are being taught to make decisions off of emotional reactions and not intellectual thoughts. They call this progressive when it is clearly not progress.
