Gender is only a construct to them (an imaginary construct meant to fulfill a social function/need) then why do they want to change that appearance and mannerism to reflect that construct and get cosmetic and superficial sex changes? If they realize it is fake and actually understand what that means, the sex surgery should be unnecessary.

Transgenderism is a deviant sexual fetish bought about by hyper exposure to pornography and contemporary popular culture. The majority of trannies are MtF. These people cosmetically and for some surgically try so hard to look like women in order to "pass". That is their only purpose which is entirely worldly and devoted to flesh - disconnected from any semblance of transcendence. Imagine how sad that is? It's not a surprise why their suicide rate is so high and ever growing.

There are a dozen motivating factors for why they want to transform into a woman, but the most intimate I believe is being able to participate in the most debasing and degrading sexual acts possible, which they have consumed via pornography. They're completely destroying their identity while believing that pursuing these activities helps reinforce their sexuality, when in fact it only helps to cement their sexual fetish(es).

This is their view of what a women is which is such a perverted and jewish delusion. It leads many innocent children and adults into living their lives in complete sexual subservience and obedience.
