My intention is to raise a family successfully. Which state would be my best option? Currently NEET in Florida but home values are too high here so I have to start some place else. I need a decent location with all needs accessible with little niggers, sub-humans, etc.

Move to the middle of dick-shit nowhere, rent a room instead of an apartment, work in a factory. Can probably get a job for 16-18 an hour starting and get raises if you don't suck ass. A room to rent in those areas is like 550-600 a month including all utilities. Save your money like a maniac and in 2-3 years you can buy a house probably. Then just have mortgage.
