I agree. I am also a contractor (I quit and then came back as one kek) and when they ask why I just simply say because I’m not going to play pretend about Covid and refuse to. They seethe and rage of course.

In reality, we have entire units where everyone is so if positive and they can’t come out into the day room for two weeks. I feel bad for them. They sit in their cell completely fine, not even a cough or sneeze to be heard, yet they are kept on lockdown because something a gay pcr test said. It’s like these people are disconnected from reality. They say they’re so sick that they have to be quarantined, yet take an actual physical look at them and there is literally nothing wrong with them.

Seriously, this is at county and it’s not even that bad here. I here over at the city (99% black staff) it is an absolute nightmare with regular weapons and drugs found and they constantly are in news headlines for abuse of inmates for no reason, security breaches, countless escape attempts.

Can you tell us any interesting anecdote from there OP? Rape, breakouts, fights, whatever

I’m at county, not prison. I have worked at prisons before but I left because it is too crazy. Prison is where all the gangs are (and that shit is all real there). County is mostly a cesspool of bums deadbeats and losers. All the people who cause problems at county are the nobody losers. I’ve found all the hard charge people who are destined for prison tend to be the most well behaved, as they don’t start petty pointless shit or do gay stuff like pointless insults as to not draw attention to themselves.

Not that many crazy stuff. Ironically, if county was all white run it would be a very boring uneventful job, because all the floors where it’s mostly white staff have slim to none in terms of contraband. It’s the floors with niggers that have all the issues with drugs and lighters being found. Hell, a Few weeks ago we even found a whole knife on it too. That was fun, dude was on drugs AND waving it around threatening to “gut yall like a pig”.

Niggers don’t even bother asking whites to bring stuff in because they know they won’t. They only feel comfortable asking other niggers.

Yes. Some are fine but some are extremely racist, to the point where they won’t even respond back when you greet them or will try to snitch on you for any tiny mistake you made in hopes of getting you fired.

Really not having much trouble with the vaccine mandate although it does seem as thought I am encountering certain places that seem illogically understaffed as well as desperate for workers, and it dawned on me they probably fired a-lot of people before they decided the "mandates" were illegal. Potentially keeping them after the fact because muh "choice" obviously causing it to be nearly impossible to hire anybody so they have dropped it while still being completely understaffed having little luck getting back to full-capacity.
