We don't go out to fucking Five Guys for all meals of the day. In fact, I'll only eat fast food maybe once a week. Eating out is for when you're either traveling, or having a lazy day. And you can't have a lazy day most of the week.
Also, strictly speaking, you don't have to have 3 meals a day. You can do 2 meals a day with larger portions. Which is probably better than a lot of Americans, who eat 3 meals with larger portions, and end up gaining weight as a result.
