But one of these can, in theory, create a tsunami 500 meters tall, which would engulf the coastal cities in water radiated with cobalt-51.
This alone would cause massive devastation, but that's not even the worst of it.
They would then fire conventional nukes into the flooded cities, and the shockwaves travel further in water, with the heat turning the water into incredibly radioactive steam.
