>The following has "occurred" in the Netherlands: - Local parties gained ground in the municipality elections - Talks about extending the European COVID passport - Gas prices are more then 2.50 euro per liter, VAT will be lowered starting from April - Government is struggling to put the VAT on fruits and vegetables to 0 % - Energy bill 86 % higher in one year - Most covid measures have been lifted on the 25th of February, including mandatory QR passes - However, beware that this a distraction a "one step back, two steps forward" scenario - In the event of a shortage of healthcare staff, the QR code will return - The ECB may raise interest rates if the outlook for European inflation doesn’t improve “significantly” - Doctor who discovered the Omicron variant claims to have been pressured into labeling it as a serious threat - Globalist investors like the (((American))) company Blackstone have bought over 15 billion euros worth of homes in the Netherlands between 2013 and 2021
Distrust in politics behind historically low election turnout: poll Distrust in politics is why the municipal election had a historically low turnout, according to the EenVandaag opinion panel. That political distrust was also behind the high support for local parties.
Aversion to politics caused a record low voter turnout of 50.9 percent and resulted in local parties getting well over a third of votes - also a record, EenVandaag concluded after polling 15,000 members of its Opinion Panel on Thursday. Of those who didn't vote, 55 percent said it was because they distrust politics. The second biggest reason was "no trust in local politics" at 34 percent, followed by the feeling that their vote has no influence at 18 percent.
Only 5 percent cited the war in Ukraine as a reason not to vote.

COPS, CORPORATIONS, CAMERAS OFF OUR CAMPUS – SOLIDARITY WITH ARRESTEES OF THE ANTI-SHELL PROTEST AT TU EINDHOVEN
We went out in the night to do banner drops in solidarity with the arrestees of the anti-shell protesters at the TU Eindhoven. Once again activist got repressed by, this time not only the cops, but also the university it self. Universities are supposed to be spaces that encourage scientific and critical thought, yet in the middle of climate collapse they invite Shell on campus to recruit students. Instead the TU Eindhoven chooses to call the cops on students for bringing their critical thought into practice.
One of the arrestees allegedly said “Fuck the police” and is facing extra charges for this. It shows once again how fragile the cops are and how fragile their existence is. The only power they have is the one from an oppressive patriarchal background that is there to shut down the voices of people working towards a liberated and equal society. By simply telling them to fuck off, they get so scared because they know it is true. We do not need them. The cops are only there to keep people oppressed in this capitalist system that invades all parts of our lives, even our schooling systems. So once again we say COPS AND CAMERAS OFF OUR CAMPUS and we will add, CORPORATIONS OFF OUR CAMPUS. Free the TU/Eindhoven protestors. We wont rest till all the prisoners are free and the cages are burned down.
FUCK THE POLICE, FUCK SHELL AND FUCK THE TU EINDHOVEN
