It isn't about hating the Jews, inherently.
NatSoc is all about your own nation.
Jews tend to subvert nations, hence why NatSoc often fight against Jews.
However, NatSoc isn't defined as a hatred for Jews.
In the case of Ukraine, I'd say they don't really care about Jews, as they don't see them as the main threat. NatSoc Ukrainians are mostly anti-Russians.
To them, the biggest threat to their national identity are ethnic Russians living in Ukraine. Are they right or wrong? Who knows, but to defend their nation, they feel like Russia must be put down.
