This isn't remotely true. That was famine was also caused by Soviet policies. They were exporting grain and cut their ration system. Every famine that happened after 1900 was caused by deliberate Soviet policy. Even World War II can be blamed on the Soviet Union - they caused it by helping Nazi Germany invade Poland. They literally gave Hitler the oil to carry out Barbarossa.

Population grew after, 10 million people died. No fucking way, people are born after people die. The reason for famine was the forced seizure of all grain by soviets because the "innovations" introduced by some soviet retard scientist didn't work, the farmers didn't meet the plans and soviets sold all the grain to the west to make money. Add to that that you sent all the successful farmers to syberia and collectivize everything.
