All of our citizens get free healthcare as well. Show up at an ER and they have to treat you, and any surgery’s that are required to keep you alive are done free. It’s also most likely still faster than the EU system
Then you can also pay for health insurance if you want and get the non-critical services as well. When people say they want free health care, what they mean is that they do not want to have to pay for non-essential healthcare

The reason whites don't want "free" healthcare is because it isn't free, it's paid for by taxes, and white people pay the overwhelming majority of all taxes, while black people pay almost none. In America emergency rooms are required by law to treat you. They are not required to pay for ongoing issues or elective treatments but even then most have funds to treat the truly needy. Illegal aliens get free treatment paid for by the taxpayer if we did not import the entirety of the third world we could provide treatment for every American. As with most things the poor black community is most affected by immigration and that is wrong.
