They are the waste of tax money.

By artillery you mean? Cause I don't see any javelins. and not hundred million dollars. Tanks are only useful with infantry support, but that would require mobilization.

Tanks don't have a 1 year shelf life.

>cost of either one matters even doe both are bought on meaningless debt

>ancient post ww2 tanks that could be written off
>$100,000 dollar missile
Corrected you.
West made billions $$$ on Ukraine yet again killing slavs.

>Hundred million dollar tank
I dont think that Soviet trash is worth so much.

The Russians use technicals?

You can take out a tank with tweezers and a can of hair spray.

It's called entropy

The top of the line Russian tanks would not be destroyed. They are sending in old equipment and green troops, that's why so many tanks were abandoned and breaking down.

They have like 40 Armata’s. Even then they can absolutely be destroyed they just have good crew survivability.

>Hundred million dollar tank
T72s are like 500K dollars.

Why waste manpower and material?

The point is to make these men millionaires.

Maybe they should learn how to use a tank properly? Russians just need to git gud basically they're like fucking noobs on WOT at the moment yoloing forward without help

the missile cost > $100k

6th gen land warfare doctrine. tanks are unmanned armored turbine generator and logistics carrier (drag fuel trailers), optionally gunned with something like a large diameter mortar/missile launcher, and ejectable antitank/antimissile box munition pods. the armored vehicle is the center of power and network / buddy datalink sharing and hides while coordinating everything else for an infantry squad. the primary form of combat is semi autonomous armed rechargeable drone dogs, which hide all over with thermal sights and high precision long range rifles and 20mm grenade launchers. most casualties occur from support fire missions assigned to theater support fire network (air strikes, cruise missiles, artillery, etc) based off observation of drone recon units. the purpose of the squad is to disappear into the ground while maintaining an integrated sensor and weapon network over an assigned area. the tank becomes the armored hub assigned directly to the squad as a drone resource.

Rocket can be used once. Tank can be used often, even if eventually blown up

Tanks are cooler than anything you'll ever drive chud

They already paid for them.
