Although it repeats the same material in half of each episode, check out the "Unidenfied" documentary on UFO's. It's composed almost entirely of US military personnel discussing their documented encounters with UFO's and the extreme performance that real ones are capable of. It's definitely not the usual smoothbrain or new-agey "ufo" stuff, it's the real deal. There are 8 episodes and about half of each one after the first episode is new information, definitely worth a watch. Quite a bit of valuable knowledge to be had if you really want to know the actual military position on the UFO topic. I picked up Unidentified at my local library.
