Sure, it's Russian state propaganda, but CNN is also de facto US state propaganda. Virtually all of their major media besides Fox follows the same message, supports same things, publishes same stories. Almost with zero exceptions.

Nobody has won or lost yet. Ukraine wins if they can stall long enough for the west's sanctions to cause runaway inflation against the ruble and all Russian soldiers aren't getting paid anymore. Or some General does a soft coo and retreats from Ukraine Russia wins if they can annex the country, put a puppet in place and stabilize the situation quickly enough for neutral countries to feel confident enough to start stockpiling discount Russian wheat and oil and for a Chinese bailout.
