Russia has literally lost 25% of its functional military equipment, over 1200+ vehicles and that number is likely higher, the 1200 is only those vehicles that have photographic evidence.
Russia can't even invade some shithole African nation after this, they are literally scraping together penal battalion tier units from the far east and have pulled out all but a skeleton of their forces from Georgia (which highlights how desperate they are, transfering units from one unstable territory that could ignite). There's a chance they might not even win in Ukraine at this rate.

Moldova was set up to be dependant country, by leaving it landlocked, if they would have gotten Southern Bessarabia region, at the fall of soviet union, they might have had more of a future, as a demilitarised neutral buffer state, between NATO and Russia, but they have no coast, so they are waiting to be annexed by one side or the other soon enough.
Landlocking a country is slowly killing it, by making it dependant on other states for trade transit. Every third world shithole who at least have a coast, is slowly growing economically, despite their subhuman populations, while countries without direct sea access are stagnating or weakening economically.

I doubt that judging by the videos of Ukrainians accepting aid in occupied cities. And judging by the way Ukrainian soldiers bitch out and curse Zelensky's name on camera in POW videos produced by Russians makes it seem like they don't have any serious will to fight. When the country falls, there will be some riots here and there, but nothing so large scale that Russia can't hold it.
I'd honestly expect Russia might move in to take Moldova pretty quickly afterward, or even during all this. From there I'm not sure what they do though.

as far as my research goes, Odessa has been mostly ignored when it comes to defense and ukranian Military & their Allies have minimal presence there, furthermore Moldova isn't part of NATO, meaning there's no Article 5 protecting them and they themselves have next to no military and are probably Europes most dysfunctional country, Transnistria would frankly welcome being annexed due to their ethnic makeup
