Guys, i have problems with electrostatic current I keep getting electrocuted, and quiet often, and i don't know how i get the charge, or how to discharge without the zap one time i touched a grounded object in the dark, got zapped by the discharge AND I COULD FUCKING SEE THE SPAKR, IT SLIGHTLY ILUMINATE THE OBJECT TOO

Static shocks are caused by thousands of volts, you can avoid them by having more moisturised hands, wearing natural fibres, etc. But really there's not a lot you can do if the weather is dry

The best way I can think of is to get something metallic object like a spoon and let it discharge though that. This way the spark will jump between the metal and ground and won't burn your finger / hand. Also avoid certain clothes. Pictorial relations attached to this post.
