My test levels were 368
THREE SIXTY EIGHT
This is after years at the gym and a strict diet. I filter my water and avoid seed oils and general toxins. I avoid phillates and Xenoestrogens as mush as possible and I my test numbers are in the fucking toilet. What the hell am I supposed to do beside spending 300 a month on TRT when I’m 28?
Are they lowering test levels on purpose? What other explanations could be behind this shit? I can’t imagine how low the test levels are for people who never work out and eat like shit.

Started lifting weights last year, got a job where I am running and lifting heavy all day. I have tried to watch what I eat as much as possible, but I am afraid to see what my test levels are. I never gave a shit about my health until a year ago.

This is what I am kind of suspecting. They told me my test is low too. Granted I don’t exercise at all, but I am thin and fairly physically healthy. What made me question it was the doctor mentioned that I may have low testosterone before she even took the blood. This makes me think either it’s a really wide phenomenon, or they are promoting it for some reason. Granted the doctor’s solution was “just work out lol”

I barely work out, 34 and recently tested at 580. I do eat organ meats a couple times a week.

I don’t think so. The nurse who called me with the results said “oh your normal!” Abs about hung up until I asked what the specific levels were. I went to a internal medicine dr though so that may be part of it. Everything else I had checked came back normal as well

Not particular other than occasional depression and being tired. But that could be because of clown world.

Any other micronutrient deficiencies? Enough sleep, enough sun, social contact etc?

Not that I know of. I have a balanced diet and take multivitamins as needed. Doctor said it looked like I had no deficiencies. I haven’t been outside much due to winter in my area so that may be a contributing factor.

I haven’t gotten an assume that on body fat but I’m 183 lbs and 5’11 which is within where I should be. If I had to guess my body fat percentage I’d say it’s around 10-13%
