Russians have continued to steadily advance in the face of resistance. Engineers and logistics are attempting to set up operations to make things smoother. Kiev will likely fall by end of April barring a significant development in Ukraine's favor.

On the other hand, Russia is clearly in over its head, Putin is realizing he was surrounded by yes men who told him what he wanted to hear instead of the truth, and communication/coordination between Russian military units is pretty bad.
