right? that's the funniest thing about this to me- Russia's central bank assets- its foreign currency reserves held overseas- were frozen. and then the IMF is punishing russia for not using the frozen assets to pay off debts. i mean it's $100 million, so a drop in a bucket, but it's symbolic.
