I have high test so I’m constantly getting horny again. I can probably only go a few days naturally before I need to fuck. Retention is fine so long as you are actively doing stuff but, eventually you need the release. I think what happened was I was ascribing an unhealthy correlation that not nutting = mental superiority, when really it was a massive cope for not having a girlfriend or woman in my life.
