Back along around the time when the Russians where mobilizing nukes there where a good few 90 - 100 character EAMs that where x3 if my memory is correct but I've never heard it get to x4. x4 is more than likely only used for launches. As far as I know. Also I remember reading that SKYKING was phased out and now the entire message is in phonetics? Still need to clarify these things.
