Here's my first attempt at pirozhki. The biggest difference from the usual recipe is that I baked them instead of frying them (more common). Also I used olive oil in the exterior instead of egg and that is why they are not as shiny as others.
Dough: 1 cup yoghurt (sheep's) ~600 grams whole wheat flour 1 egg 1/4 tablespoon salt 1/10 tablespoon sugar 1/2 a packet of dry yeast ~150ml of water (not sure if more or less, make sure dough is non sticky) feta cheese as needed olive oil to cover the exterior after forming
