Their goal, these glow niggers, is ultimately to incite a color revolution in Russia, ushering in a western-friendly lapdog regime. The first step of their plan is to make it seem, even though it isn't remotely true, that the entire world is angry about what Russia is doing and stands against them. By extension, they want to make the war seem like a losing proposition for Russia, so the Russian people view the war as a boondoggle.
