Recently an overweight woman tried to get me fired from my job because I rejected her advances at an office weekend party. She got drunk and made multiple advances. I politely refused.
I thought nothing of if, I was called in to HR yesterday, advised that a woman put in a complaint about me for sexual harassment at the office weekend party. I advised that I Only had two bears as I was driving home that day and that I never harassed anybody, but the HR rep says that this will be investigated.
I am one of the top sales persons at my office, but I know the supervisor has issues with me. When the girls talk to me in office, he pulls jealous facial expressions.
I know that my supervisor will attempt to influence HR to fire me, I am worried.
My only crime is, taking care of my body with a good diet and exercise.
I worry, due to the jealously of my supervisor and the bitterness of the overweight woman who I rejected at the office weekend party, I will lose my job.
Put in your own complaint and threaten to get a lawyer involved. Worked for me. The women was fired.

Well I mean like I said it worked for me when something similar happened. As soon as I mentioned bringing in a lawyer they fired the women. This was at a casino so maybe they didn't want it to become a news story and bring bad publicity? Also it shows your serious about escalating the situation and you are obviously confident in your story/innocence

Same shit happened to me. My manager was a fat roastie and she kept asking me questions about how I'd feel having sex with an older woman. I just ignored her advances until one day the head of HR came up to me and said a complaint had been put in by my manager about me being aggressive with her. I was on good terms with the HR team do they just moved me to another area of the company. It still sucked though as my previous manager tried to spread rumours about me. I no longer work at that company but if I had known something like that could happen, I'd have gone to HR first rather than try and ignore it. Bitches have no problem trying to fuck your life up.
