I doubt it is ukranian because makes no sense for them to shoot random civilian cars in their own country, but no hard evidence of which side that BMP belongs.

Near war zones there arent supposed to be any civilians and nobody is gonan check. If there is an unmarked car it is assumed that they are either spies or intelligence service.
Foreign weapons are being transported with civilians cars. This is not a question whether they are real civilians or not but rather if there is an unmarked car its gonna get destroyed, this is war.

It does have markings the image is just to blurry for me to indentify it. Its not hiding its marks

Its a bmp2, and in the video you can clearly see it followed by a btr 82 around 40 seconds. It's a russian warcrime Dumbass mountain nigger.

Around 30 sec in u can make out some white pixels on the side could very well be a Z but unsure

We can see 6 or 7 trucks passing the road behind him. Hes covering that convoy. Its not one or two, watch the video again.
