There are two ways to approach this. One is that women's standards are fair and reasonable and that every single man she meets just falls below even the minimum standards. In this case all men are terrible and the solution lies in getting men up to standard.
The other position is that this woman's standards are much too high. It would be no different than going out to eat with only $100. You can eat well at a mid range chain or family restaurant, or you can have a tiny bit of a fancy place if you don't order wine. If you have even less than $100 to offer, you're probably only going to fast food places. If you expect 5 star service when you only have fast food money, you're going to be disappointed, and the problem lies with your standards and expectations.

Literally this. They're so low in self awareness that if you ignore them, it's like one of those TV show episodes where everyone pretends one character is dead. They freak out and try everything possible to validate themselves and be noticed. A woman's entire life revolves around getting more attention, they feed off attention in the same way men's whole lives are to achieve success. Our success revolves around us acquiring it, their success revolves around gaining the attention of a man who's attained success.
