What do you mean? They created Napoleon and then abandoned him when his time was coming to an end, even Napoloen knew this (which is why he converted back to Christianity before he died). It was 100% the end of the French Revolution (i.e. the first exile of Napoleon) which was the turning point.

I agree mosley was great but why was he so naive? just a lack of education about the important stuff?

Yes, far too early, but the pendulum will swing back to those ideas becoming vogue again, because people want law and morality. The only civilizations that will survive this century post the collapse, are those which combine morality as imparted by religion and Statehood, that combines authoritarianism e.g.
