Our workshop will include a warm-up and introduction to Bollywood Dance, followed by a dance session during which you'll learn Bollywood moves. Together, we will create a band and create our own rhythm. The workshop is a fun and energetic way to promote teamwork, and the results are often amazing! It is a good way to break away from everyday life activities. We invite you to try something a bit different, which allows you to think about changing your lifestyle.
How we do it?
Together we will practice not only on mats, but also we will learn dance movements straight from Bollywood !.
How to prepare?
Come. Take good humor and openness to being in the group. Foam mat can also be useful.
The meeting will lead:
Vara Parasad - a Bollywood yoga and dance trainer who has been conducting Indian cultural workshops in Poland for over 2 years. He is also interested in Asanas and Hatha Yoga meditation, and he shares his passion with others. He also works for the Euroweek foundation as a volunteer and also conducts workshops for young people from Polish schools and cultural centers.
We meet: 27-10-2018 - SATURDAY
